Job Title: Software Developer – Lead

Job Description: Qualysec Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer Lead (with AI knowledge) to design, develop, and oversee scalable web applications and intelligent solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of both front-end and back-end architecture, lead development initiatives, and guide a team of developers while integrating AI-driven features into modern applications.

You will collaborate closely with product, security, and engineering teams to ensure high performance, security, scalability, and usability across all platforms.

Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience: 3-5 Years (with leadership/mentoring experience preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end full-stack web applications

• Architect scalable, high-performance systems and drive technical decision-making

• Build responsive and modern front-end interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, etc.

• Develop secure, scalable back-end APIs and server-side logic

• Integrate AI/ML-powered features such as chatbots, automation, analytics, and recommendation systems

• Contribute to system architecture, scalability planning, and performance optimization

• Design, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases

• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with best practices

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and cybersecurity teams

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; conduct debugging and troubleshooting

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI trends, and industry best practices

• Lead and mentor team members, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, with leadership exposure

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)

• Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based applications

• Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and tools (OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLM platforms like Claude, Anti-Gravity AI)

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

• Ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and work independently
