Job Description:
- We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Software Developers with 1 3 years of experience in application development software engineering and problem solving
- The ideal candidate should possess strong programming fundamentals and hands on experience in either Java Full Stack Development or Python based AI GenAI Development
- The candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to design develop test and maintain business applications and innovative technology solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and deploy scalable software applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code following coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews troubleshooting debugging and performance optimization
- Develop APIs integrations and backend services
- Ensure application security reliability and scalability
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand ups and retrospectives
- Stay updated with emerging technologies frameworks and industry trends
