Recruit Forge is hiring for its client, Ginger Media Group, for the role of Software Developer Intern. Role Overview

As a Software Developer Intern, you will support the engineering team in developing product features, fixing bugs, improving performance, and participating in the complete software development lifecycle.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and want practical exposure to how production systems are designed and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the engineering team to build and enhance product features
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Debug issues and troubleshoot technical problems
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Assist in testing and optimizing application performance
• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand technical requirements
• Suggest improvements to features and development processes
• Follow best practices in software development

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
• Understanding of data structures and core programming concepts
• Familiarity with databases and Git (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
