Responsibilities: - Lead the architectural design and development of full-stack applications using. NET technologies, including ASP. NET, MVC, and C#. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features using React and Angular. - Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through effective architecture and design strategies. - Implement design patterns and best practices to enhance the quality and maintainability of code. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. - Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks. - Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging and root cause analysis as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Review tech deliverables of the team and guide/coach the team on best practices. Requirements: - Strong knowledge in developing CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in designing and architecting. NET applications. - Working experience in YAML Docker. - Provide technical leadership to all the development squads in terms of design, reusability, performance, and implementing best practices. - Strong knowledge in AWS.
