About The Role
We are looking for an experienced SDET Lead to drive quality engineering across a modern SaaS / platform-based, cloud-native ecosystem. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to influence quality practices across distributed teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or platform organizations.
- Hands-on experience in cloud-native environments (AWS).
- Strong expertise in scaling automated testing and CI/CD integration.
- Experience with testing tools and strategies including :
- Cypress
- Pact
- K6
- Solid front-end knowledge : HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strategic growth mindset with a pragmatic, system-thinking approach to quality at scale.
