Job Description
We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in the
Coupa platform to support ongoing
production support activities and system enhancements. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Coupa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for the Coupa platform, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement enhancements, configurations, and customizations within Coupa to support evolving business needs.
- Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of tickets, defects, and user requests.
- Collaborate with integration teams to support and maintain Coupa integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities for new features and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and process guidelines for support and development activities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
Required Skills And Experience
- Hands-on experience working with the Coupa platform, including configuration and support.
- Strong experience in production support, issue analysis, and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to work closely with business teams and end users to translate requirements into solutions.
- Experience working in support and enhancement projects in an enterprise environment.
- Good understanding of procurement, invoicing, and financial workflows within Coupa.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge or experience with Zip (procurement intake and orchestration platform) will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
