Key Roles And Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure smooth delivery of multiple concurrent projects, maintaining control over schedule, quality, and costs
- Define and implement delivery governance frameworks and compliance checkpoints aligned with ISO standards
- Establish L4-level project plans, milestones, and escalation mechanisms for proactive risk and dependency management
- Drive on-time delivery performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, timelines, and customer commitments
- Lead and mentor project and delivery managers, promoting collaboration, accountability, and ownership across teams
- Monitor and review project progress, budgets, and forecasts through structured governance reviews and dashboards
- Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to align delivery outcomes with organizational goals
- Manage key customer relationships and act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues
- Coordinate with PMO for standardization of templates, metrics, and reporting formats
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future deliveries
- Collaborate with HR and Resource Management for workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management
- Prepare executive-level reports on delivery health, risks, and performance for leadership review
Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing multiple parallel technology projects with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, etc)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management frameworks
- Experience in delivery governance setup, dashboard reporting, and KPI-driven performance tracking
- Knowledge of Full Stack Development technologies (React, Nodejs,
- NET Core, or Python) and exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with data security, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance, and delivery audit practices
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Power BI for tracking and reporting
