Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze user stories and business requirements to produce detailed technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications across their full lifecycle.
- Manage deployment of developed CI/CD solutions to various environments (development, test, staging, production).
- Continuously maintain, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop reports in PowerBI using application data within the scope.
- Prepare comprehensive end-user documentation and user manuals for developed applications.
- Investigate, resolve, and document application incidents, including bug fixing and performance issues.
- Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are met and expectations managed.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in version control and source management (e.g., Git).
- Provide support to application users by resolving doubts, offering guidance, and ensuring optimal usage experience.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver timely solutions to technical and operational challenges.
Skills Required:
- Strong programming skills in C++ Builder / VC++ and Delphi (Embarcadero RAD Studio).
- Experience with VCL (Visual Component Library) for application development.
- Hands-on knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure, and virtualization tools like vCloud Director.
- Experience in developing and maintaining reports in PowerBI.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization skills.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and user manuals.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
