Role Overview
We are looking for entry-level Software Developers with strong coding fundamentals who can support foundation development work across internal tools, APIs, automation workflows, and AI agent workflows.
This is a software development role with exposure to AI-assisted development. Candidates are not expected to be AI/ML experts, but they should be comfortable using AI tools to support coding, debugging, learning, and productivity.
The selected candidates will work under guidance on frontend and backend tasks, existing codebases, API integrations, internal tools, and AI agent workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend application features.
- Work on internal tools, APIs, dashboards, and automation workflows.
- Understand existing codebases and make required updates or fixes.
- Debug issues and improve application reliability.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services when required.
- Use AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to support development.
- Review and validate AI-assisted code before implementation.
- Support AI agent workflows through prompt testing, API/tool connections, output testing, and issue debugging.
- Follow project structure, coding standards, and development guidelines.
- Communicate progress, questions, and blockers clearly.
Required Skills
- Strong programming fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Basic understanding of React or Next.js.
- Basic understanding of Node.js or backend APIs.
- Understanding REST APIs, JSON, and databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Ability to read, understand, and debug code.
- Comfortable using AI tools for development support.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Good to Have
- Internship, college projects, or personal project experience in web development.
- Basic understanding of OpenAI API or AI-powered applications.
- Basic experience with Postman, environment variables, or deployment.
