As a Software Developer 3 in the Support Platform Engineering Development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and enhancing critical software solutions that directly impact Oracle's global support infrastructure. Leveraging state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities, you will help drive automation and intelligent decision-making across our support platforms-enabling faster resolution of customer issues, improved operational efficiency, and a superior support experience. The ideal candidate is proficient in modern software development and has a passion for applying AI-based solutions to real-world challenges. You will contribute to the full development lifecycle-from requirements gathering and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support-working collaboratively to ensure that Oracle's support services are reliable, secure, scalable, and at the forefront of technological innovation.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
