Software Developer 3

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer III to design, develop, and support healthcare interfaces using FSI/HL7 standards for a strategic client engagement. This role will focus on delivering contractually committed integration solutions, supporting application change requests, and contributing to interface standardization initiatives across clinical and operational systems.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in healthcare interoperability, interface engines, and HL7-based integrations, and can work effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment with global stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, high-quality delivery for a large, enterprise healthcare client with aggressive implementation timelines.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy FSI/HL7 interfaces to support clinical and operational workflows
• Deliver integration solutions aligned with contractual milestones and client delivery commitments
• Provide application change and enhancement support for existing HL7 interfaces
• Contribute to product standardization and interface modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, QA, and client stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues across inbound and outbound message flows
• Ensure interfaces comply with healthcare data standards, security, and quality guidelines
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
• Support go-live activities, post-production stabilization, and ongoing operational support as required: (Open to working in evening shifts)
• Adhere to established development processes, governance standards, and delivery best practices
