We are looking for a Software Designer to architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems that power Scry AI's platforms. This role is critical in defining system architecture, ensuring design quality, and enabling efficient development.

Role Overview

As a Software Designer at Scry AI, you will be responsible for designing system architecture, defining technical solutions, and guiding development teams in building robust applications. You will work closely with engineering, product, and solution teams to ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and experienced in designing complex systems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

• Design scalable and efficient software architectures
• Define system components, data flows, and integration patterns
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of systems

Technical Design & Solutioning

• Translate business requirements into technical designs
• Create design specifications, diagrams, and documentation
• Guide development teams on best practices and design standards

Integration & Technology Alignment

• Design integration strategies across systems and platforms
• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture and infrastructure

Collaboration & Development Support

• Work closely with engineering and product teams
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Support troubleshooting and optimization of systems

Governance & Best Practices

• Establish design standards, frameworks, and guidelines
• Ensure adherence to security, data governance, and compliance requirements
• Continuously improve design approaches and system architecture

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in software design or system architecture roles
• Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development frameworks
