Description
We are seeking a Software Design Quality Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes for software products.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
- Participate in code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
- Document and report on testing progress and results, including defects and issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
