What we are looking for in a candidate:

We are seeking a dedicated professional with 3-4 years ( in IT procurement or software asset

management) of experience to join our team. In this role, person will be responsible for the end-to-end management of software assets, the procurement-to-pay cycle, vendor coordination, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain comprehensive records of

software inventory, license types, usage, and status. Ensure hardware and software

asset records are accurate and up to date.

• Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) Cycle: Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including PR creation, PO issuance, invoice verification, and payment follow-ups.

• Vendor Coordination: Onboard new vendors, conduct market research for cost- saving opportunities, and maintain strong professional relationships with OEMs and partners.

• Contract Management: Draft terms and conditions, handle renewals, and manage contract negotiations for IT services and cloud solutions.
• Financial & Analytical Reporting: Develop, track, and forecast IT budgets. Perform cost analysis and report on spend variances against budgets.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure adherence to software licensing models and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software licensing models, cloud

technologies

Tools: Proficiency in financial management and ERP tools (experience with Oracle

preferred).

Analytical Abilities: Proficient in market analysis, budgeting, and identifying cost-

saving trends.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and coordination skills for managing vendor

relationships and internal stakeholder requirements.
