- 5+ years of experience in Software Licensing Operations / SAM (Software Asset Management)
- Strong understanding of:
- Software licensing models and compliance
- Consumption vs entitlement analysis
- Hands-on experience with at least one licensing/SAM tool, such as:
- Flexera
- SNOW (Snow Software)
- Aspera
- ELD
- Ability to perform accurate licensing analysis across common metrics
- Strong communication skills with ability to:
- Gather requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations proactively
- Knowledge of at least one major software publisher (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP)
Preferred Skills- Basic project management capabilities
- Exposure to IT tools such as:
- Microsoft SCCM
- ServiceNow
- SQL scripting
- Relevant licensing certifications / accreditations
