Role: Software Asset/Inventory Management (L1/L2)
Experience: 1.5 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities
• User Support (L1/L2): Handle software-related queries, access issues, and installations
• Provide guidance on approved tools and alternatives
• Troubleshoot basic licensing and activation issues
• Process software license requests (new, review, renewals etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for license acquisition
• Work with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams for approvals and renewals
Key Skills & Competencies
• Understanding of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, SaaS)
• Basic knowledge of Software Asset Management tools (SAM)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in IT / Business / Related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, Software licensing or asset management
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle high-volume request environments.
• Willingness to work in shifts and support operations across global time zones (24/7 environment)
Preferred Tools / Experience
• ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools)
• Software Asset Management tools (e.g., Flexera, Service Now)
• Microsoft licensing, Adobe, SaaS platforms (nice to have)
• Excel / reporting tools for tracking and analysis.
