Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The architect will define platform architecture, ensure best practices, and guide development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications.
- Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
- Own platform strategy, roadmap, and architectural standards.
Leadership & Governance
- Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow implementations.
- Review and approve solution designs, integrations, and customizations.
- Establish governance, coding standards, and CI/CD practices.
- Mentor developers, admins, and consultants.
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead complex ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and solution blueprints.
- Ensure optimal use of OOB (Out-of-the-Box) capabilities before customization.
- Oversee performance tuning, security, and compliance.
Integrations & Automation
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs.
- Architect automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.
- Ensure data integrity across CMDB and enterprise systems.
CMDB & ITOM
- Architect CMDB using CSDM framework.
- Drive Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud integrations.
- Ensure CMDB health, data quality, and governance.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements.
- Implement role-based access, ACLs, data privacy, and audit controls.
