Job Description

Design, architect, and build scalable, robust, and well-tested systems ranging from low-latency REST APIs to real-time streaming pipelines and large-scale batch processing systems.
Take ownership of complex engineering problems, design appropriate technical solutions, and deliver them independently with minimal oversight.
Work with a broad stack of technologies including Apache Beam, Apache Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, Flink, and Spring Boot.
Build resilient, efficient, and maintainable services deployed across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging tools like Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc, etc.
Review code and provide technical guidance to engineers, ensuring clean architecture and high-quality standards.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape platform direction, identify technical opportunities, and influence roadmaps.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing support in best practices, architecture decisions, and personal growth.
Promote and uphold a culture of engineering excellence, encouraging technical learning, scalable design thinking, and collaborative development.
Continuously improve development processes, with a strong focus on CI/CD, testing automation, and system observability.
