Software Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Validation of Business Requirements:

• Study and validate the business requirements from a technical standpoint.
• Ensure that the technical aspects of the eCommerce solution align with the business objectives.

Non-Functional Requirements:

• Address all non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, deployability, and monitoring for the microservices-based solution.
• Ensure the solution is designed to handle future growth and operational efficiency.

Solution Design and Delivery:

• Promote and deliver high-quality software, including the design, coding, deployment pipelines, tests, and documentation.
• Participate in creating realistic architecture scenarios and designs that align with management directions and business requirements.

Coaching and Technical Support:

• Provide technical support and coaching to development teams through guidelines, best practices, and code reviews.
• Act as a Technical Product Owner in collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring that the technical aspects of the solution meet the product vision.

Collaboration with Product Team:

• Work closely with the product team to ensure that the software meets both business needs and technical requirements.
• Ensure the solution is delivered in an agile, iterative manner and is aligned with the project goals.

Geographically Distributed Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively and efficiently with a geographically distributed team, ensuring clear communication and alignment across time zones.

Adherence to Group Policies and Standards:

• Ensure the solution is developed according to the group's policies, standards, and best practices.

Delivery Involvement:

• As the project progresses, increase involvement in the delivery of the solution (software development), collaborating daily with the product team to ensure seamless execution.
