Position - Software Architect

As a Software Architect at Capillary Technologies, You will be responsible for defining the overall structure of our software systems, ensuring they align with business goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

a. Develop and maintain the overall architecture of our software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Technology Evaluation:

a. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement new tools and technologies that enhance the software development process.

Leadership and Collaboration:

a. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

b. Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:

a. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

b. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high code quality.

Documentation:

a. Create and maintain comprehensive software architectures, design decisions, and guidelines documentation.

b. Communicate architecture and design principles effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification:

• Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 9-12 years experience as a Software Architect or a similar role in software development.
• In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
