We are looking for highly experienced and strategic Java Full Stack developers to design and develop robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications across web, mobile and desktop platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement full stack solutions for enterprise-grade web and desktop applications.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.
- Technical design reviews, code reviews, and performance audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
- Adopting modern development practices including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native design.
- Assess and recommend new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system performance and maintainability (Github copilot or cursor ai).
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Must have 17+ years of experience
- Must have hands-on experience in Java development for enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in:
- Backend: Java SE/EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices
- Frontend: Angular, React or Vue.js
- Desktop: JavaFX, Swing or SWT
- API Design: RESTful and Microservices, GraphQL
- Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Android application development (Java or Kotlin)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cross-platform desktop development (e.g., Electron, Qt).
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Certifications in Java, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- Good to have Python and Django knowledge
