Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your software design expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside highly motivated and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering software modules by ensuring detailed design and implementation of those modules. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Software Architects, Hardware Designers, and V&V Designers, to support programs toward Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of developing software modules and ensuring their testing and integration, but also contribute to technical standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
We'll look to you for:
- Contributing to the elaboration of software specifications & architecture in collaboration with the Software Architect
- Performing detailed design and coding of software modules
- Setting up the software development toolchain
- Preparing and performing software module tests and verifications of deliverables
- Ensuring configuration management of software work products
- Supporting software/software and hardware/software integration
- Staying informed of technology evolution through technical watch
- Contributing to standardization by reusing or implementing reusable solutions
- Maintaining strong collaboration with Software Architects, Hardware Designers, RAMS, and V&V teams
- Applying processes and standards
- Contributing to continuous improvement through return on experience and process optimization
All About You

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, Computer Science, ECE, EEE, or equivalent)
- Experience or understanding of embedded product development
- Strong experience in design and evaluation of design/architecture
- Programming skills in Python, C, C++, and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)
- Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity concepts
- Familiarity with communication protocols like Ethernet, Serial, and Wireless
- Proficiency in tools like Wireshark (or equivalent) for network analysis
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and containerized environments
- A CENELEC standards certification
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams
- Excellent problem-solving and technical leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
