About the Role
We are hiring an experienced MES Solution Architect – Apriso for a leading German product-based multinational organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apriso MES platform, manufacturing operations, and enterprise integrations, along with hands-on architectural experience in large-scale digital manufacturing environments.
This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing MES solutions across global manufacturing plants while collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-scale MES solutions using Apriso platform.
- Lead MES solution implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives.
- Work closely with manufacturing stakeholders to understand shop-floor processes and translate business requirements into scalable MES solutions.
- Define MES integration architecture with ERP, PLM, SCADA, Historian, and other enterprise systems.
- Drive solution design discussions, technical reviews, and best practices.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams across manufacturing plants and technology groups.
- Ensure solution compliance with manufacturing standards, quality, and security requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Apriso MES
- Good understanding of MES functional processes
- Experience in MES integrations
- Manufacturing domain knowledge across production, quality, inventory, and traceability processes
- Solution architecture and technical design experience
Experience Criteria
- Total Experience: 14 to 17 Years
- Relevant Experience in Apriso: Minimum 6+ Years
- Experience as an Architect: Minimum 2+ Years
- Overall MES Experience: Minimum 8+ Years
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in global manufacturing or Industry 4.0 environments
- Exposure to integrations with SAP/ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
- Experience in multi-site MES deployments
- Knowledge of manufacturing digital transformation initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
