Job Description
We are seeking a confident and engaging Soft Skills Trainer with 13 years of experience to deliver effective, learner-centric training programs. The role focuses on enhancing students and professionals communication, interpersonal, and workplace readiness skills through interactive classroom and practical sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and interactive training sessions on Soft Skills
- Train on core areas including:
- Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Personality Development
- Interpersonal Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Interview Skills & Resume Building
- Workplace Etiquette & Professional Ethics
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and activity-based modules
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, mock interviews, and assessments
- Mentor students to improve confidence, clarity, and professional behavior
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Travel to colleges and training centers across assigned locations
Required Skills
- Strong command of English and effective communication skills

- Ability to engage learners with practical examples and activities

Eligibility
- 13 years of experience as a Soft Skills / Communication Trainer (preferred)
- Any graduate or postgraduate
- Age: 23+
