Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer is a highly skilled engineer responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end digital solutions across frontend and backend platforms, with a specialisation in Zoho CRM customisation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Development & Customisation:

• Design, implement, and maintain custom Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, and automation rules.
• Build and manage custom functions using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party systems using Zoho APIs and REST-based integrations.
  
  

Backend Development

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, following clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and webhook-based integrations.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  
  

Frontend Development

• Build responsive applications using React or Next.js with TypeScript.
• Implement state management, component architecture, and performance optimisation.
  
  

Engineering Excellence

• Write clean, well-tested code and promote a culture of peer review.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
  
  

Tech Stack
