This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer at UrbanPro.com, located in Bangalore Urban. The Soft Skills Trainer will deliver training sessions aimed at improving communication, interpersonal, and life skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and conducting interactive training workshops, assessing participants progress, and tailoring training methods to achieve desired outcomes. The trainer will also contribute to the development of training materials and programs that cater to diverse learner needs to ensure impactful delivery.

• Strong expertise in Communication, Presentation Skills, and Soft Skills to effectively deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Experience in Training & Development, with the ability to design and implement training programs to enhance learners personal and professional skills.
• Proficiency in teaching Life Skills and fostering practical applications to improve participants overall development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and adaptability to address diverse learner needs effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in training or teaching roles is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently in a structured environment, while maintaining strong organizational skills.
