Job Description:
Tapasya College of Commerce and Management is looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance student's employability and professional competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions on communication skills, personality development, presentation skills, and workplace etiquette.
Conduct workshops on interview preparation, group discussions, and career readiness.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and update training materials and session plans.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams to align training objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
Experience in training college students or fresh graduates is preferred.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
