A Soft Skills Trainer Primary Role is to Learn,develops and delivers training programs focused on enhancing interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork, ultimately improving workplace effectiveness and employee morale.Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis:Identifying the specific soft skills gaps within an organization or team.
• Curriculum Development:Creating engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, case studies, and exercises.
• Training Delivery:Facilitating interactive and engaging training sessions, adapting to diverse learning styles.
• Assessment and Evaluation:Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback to participants.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Modeling and coaching effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaboration:Working with HR and other departments to align training with organizational goals.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills:Both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Interpersonal Skills:Empathy, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with others.
• Training and Facilitation Skills:Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:Ability to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
• Adaptability and Flexibility:The ability to adjust training methods and content to meet diverse needs.
• Organizational Skills:Ability to manage time, resources, and training logistics effectively.
• Creativity:Ability to develop engaging and innovative training activities.
• Passion for Learning and Teaching:A genuine interest in helping others develop their skills.

Qualification: Graduation Required
