Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs for diverse groups.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate participant skill levels and progress.
• Facilitate workshops and activities that promote effective communication, teamwork, and leadership.
• Develop training materials and resources that cater to various learning styles.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants to enhance their interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in training, coaching, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of soft skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to design and implement training programs effectively.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback.
• Relevant certifications in training or coaching (e.g., NLP, DISC, or similar) are a plus.
