Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

• Follow the predefined session plans while delivering training to the identified youth.
• Teach essential skills such as communicative English, digital literacy, soft skills, and interview preparation, ensuring alignment with the curriculum.

Skill Development:

• Develop the necessary skills and knowledge in learners on subjects as defined by the training curriculum.
• Equip learners with the tools to face interviews with confidence and improve their chances of employment.

Assessments and Monitoring:

• Conduct ongoing assessments to measure the progress of the learners.
• Track learner development, adjusting training methods as needed to ensure the best outcomes.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate data on training sessions, learner progress, and related activities.
• Ensure that all records are up to date and accessible for reporting purposes.

Center Activities Participation:

• Engage in center activities, such as organizing parent meetings, retention follow-ups, and gathering feedback on training effectiveness.
• Work alongside other staff members to ensure the success of the center's programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

• Proven experience in training or teaching soft skills and employability skills.
• Experience in working with youth, especially in developing communication and digital literacy skills, is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct assessments and track learner progress effectively.
• Experience in planning and delivering structured training sessions.
• Understanding of employability challenges faced by graduates in India.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Certification in soft skills training, employability skills, or related areas would be advantageous.
