• Minimum 3 years of experience as a:
• Soft Skills Trainer
• Faculty
• Facilitator
• Experience should be in a Higher Education Institution

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effective facilitation skills
• Strong knowledge of soft skills concepts and training methodologies

Other Requirements

• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for students
• Proficient in English communication (spoken and written)

• Design, plan, and deliver soft skills training programs for students
• Conduct sessions on:

• Time Management
• Professional Etiquette
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Develop training materials, activities, and assessment tools
• Collaborate with academic departments and the Career Development Cell on student development initiatives
