Advanced Skills Development Center (ASDC), located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, is committed to empowering students who were unable to continue their formal education. The center offers free coaching programs aimed at fostering skill development and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth. ASDC strives to enhance the education experience and improve employability through its targeted training programs.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Soft Skills and Personality Development Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive training sessions and workshops focusing on communication skills, personality development, and workplace etiquette. Additional responsibilities include creating training modules, providing individual guidance, assessing participant progress, and maintaining training records.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in emotional intelligence, relationship-building, and team development
• Experience in delivering modules on time management, conflict resolution, and stress management
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and guidance abilities
• Proficiency in preparing training materials and conducting interactive activities
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve their goals
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in soft skills training or a similar role is desirable
