Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance communication, customer interaction, leadership, and other interpersonal skills across the organization. This role plays a crucial part in strengthening Vyapar`s culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended).
Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with managers and HR to identify skill gaps.
Train employees on communication skills, business etiquette, conflict resolution, time management, customer service, teamwork, and leadership.
Create training materials, modules, and assessments aligned with Vyapars values and business objectives.
Use interactive methodologies such as role plays, case studies, group discussions, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement tracking.
Partner with managers to provide coaching and on-the-job support for employees.
Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training and incorporate innovative practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
36 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer / Corporate Trainer.
Strong expertise in communication, behavioral, and interpersonal skills training.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
Ability to design creative and impactful training content.
Experience using digital tools and LMS for training delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Certification in training, coaching, or behavioral skills (preferred).
