We are seeking an experienced Soft Skill Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals develop their soft skills and will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs for College Faculties at various levels.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and individual progress.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on communication, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution.
- Develop training materials, resources, and handouts to support training initiatives.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to participants to enhance their soft skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-12 years of experience in soft skills training or related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants effectively.
- Proficient in creating training materials and presentations.
- Experience with assessment tools and evaluation methods for training programs.
- Certification in soft skills training or related credentials is a plus.
