We are seeking a dynamic Soft Skill Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in delivering soft skills training to enhance employee performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various soft skills including communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Assess the training needs of employees and develop customized training programs to meet those needs.
- Conduct workshops and interactive sessions to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in soft skills training or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.
- Proficient in using training tools and technology, including presentation software and e-learning platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
