Job Description
- Maintain and update records of residents, including ownership and tenant details.
- Handle correspondence, notices, and communication with residents and external parties.
- Schedule and organize society meetings, including annual general meetings (AGMs) and special meetings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to housing societies.
- Prepare and manage the society's budget and financial reports.
- Collect maintenance fees, dues, and other charges from residents.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of common areas, including landscaping, elevators, and amenities.
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid major repairs.
- Ensure that adequate security measures are in place, including surveillance systems and security personnel.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe environment.
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities if required.
