Qualification:
- Master's degree in Management, Administration, Social Work, Rural Development, or related field from a recognized university/institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the public or social sector.
- At least 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing projects.
- Prior work in women's economic empowerment initiatives in West Bengal preferred.
- Experience in bilateral/multilateral or externally aided projects is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & verbal).
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong networking, advocacy, and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel across districts and manage multiple assignments.
