Position: Social Studies Academic Content Developer

Woodapple Resources Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Social Studies Academic Content Developer. The role encompasses curriculum mapping, research, and content development for innovative textbooks aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 for Classes 1 to 8. Candidates must demonstrate strong pedagogical expertise, classroom teaching experience, and the ability to design engaging, skill-integrated, competency-based learning materials. Applicants should possess 78 years of relevant experience, with proven capability in instructional design, concept structuring, and creating learner-centric academic resources that promote critical thinking and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate should have thorough knowledge of National Education Policy and NCF.
• Candidate must have research and innovative Mind set.
• Must have deep subject knowledge and a sound understanding of curriculum design for quality textbooks.
• Design Curriculum-aligned content with clarity and creativity.
• Develop theme-based, age-appropriate textbooks.
• Integrate 21^st-century skills and experiental learning.
• Write and structure textbooks content for grades 1 to 8.
• Must possess excellent writing, drafting, and conceptualization skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to produce error-free, age-appropriate, and engaging content.
• Should be well-versed with IT tools, EdTech platforms, and smart content development techniques.
• Collaborate with editorial and design teams.
• Coordinate closely with graphic designers, editors and academic teams to deliver comprehensive educational resources.
• Work closely with graphic designers, editors, and other team members to produce comprehensive educational materials.
• Manage responsibilities simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Thorough and indepth Knowledge of creative and skill based Work. Sheet, and Question banks.

Eligiblity:

Minimum 7 Years experience of relevant teaching or academic leadership position.

Strong command over subject content and child pedagogy.

Passion for education reform and innovation in publishing
