Social Science Teacher

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Science Teacher at our Chennai campus. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in social studies to middle school students. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing curriculum, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to active learning and critical thinking.

• Experience teaching Middle School students and expertise in Social Studies subjects
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage and collaborate with students, staff, and parents
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging and meaningful educational experiences
• Skills in Lesson Planning and structuring knowledge delivery in a cohesive and thoughtful manner
• Familiarity with modern teaching techniques, including the integration of technology into the classroom
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Teaching certification and prior experience in a school setting are preferred
