Social Research Intern

Kian Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness about sickle cell anemia, thalassemia, and other blood disorders through innovative campaigns such as awareness camps, street plays, and TV advertisements. The foundation is committed to providing free medical services, medication, and care for affected individuals and their families. A key goal is to establish a global research center to offer comprehensive treatment and preventive measures for blood disorders. Beyond healthcare, Kian Foundation actively supports rural development, women's empowerment, skill training, and technical education, working to uplift communities and promote overall societal welfare.

The Social Research Intern will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for various social impact projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting field research, supporting awareness initiatives, collaborating with local communities, and preparing reports to assess program impact. Interns will also aid in designing and improving social welfare programs. This is an onsite internship role based in Bhopal, requiring a proactive attitude and commitment to social development.

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication, writing, and reporting abilities to disseminate findings effectively.
• Familiarity with community engagement practices and fieldwork methodologies.
