We're not looking for someone who writes captions.
We're looking for someone who can:
Make people stop scrolling in 2 seconds
Turn chaos into a killer reel script and actually understand why something goes viral (and why something dies at 200 views)
What you'll do here:
- Write Reel scripts that people don't skip (hooks, punch lines, chaos, emotion...all of it)
- Build short-form content for Instagram + YouTube Shorts that actually performs
- Turn ideas into social-first campaigns and content series
- Think in scrolls, not paragraphs
- Collaborate with designers + video editors to bring madness to life
- Keep up with trends, memes, formats... basically live inside the internet
- Track what works, what flops, and why (yes, we care about numbers too)
What we're looking for:
- You're dangerously good at reel script writing
- You understand that attention is the real currency
- You've built or worked on content that actually performed, not just looked pretty
- You can switch between creative chaos + structured storytelling
- You understand what makes people save, share, and rewatch
- You understand script-to-execution gaps
- You are comfortable with fast deadlines and feedback cycles
Bonus point if you:
- Have experience reducing back-and-forth by writing clear, execution-ready scripts with minimal supervision
- Can independently turn a brief into a complete content direction (idea script execution guidance)
- Can predict trends before they happen
