Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gaya for a Social Media Worker. The Social Media Worker will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant social media content, managing social media accounts, implementing effective marketing strategies, and monitoring analytics for performance. Additional responsibilities include drafting written content for posts, scheduling campaigns, and engaging with online audiences to increase brand visibility and follower engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with an online audience effectively
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Writing across multiple platforms
- Experience with Social Media Marketing strategies
- Understanding of platform-specific algorithms and growth strategies for Social Media
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Creativity in developing innovative and engaging content
- Organizational and time management skills; ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
