About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative video editor who can turn a fully written script into a polished, high-quality Instagram Reel. The ideal candidate understands modern finance content, short-form storytelling, pacing, and engaging reel-style editing.
You will be working with talking-head content created through AI (HeyGen), B-roll, animations, captions, and sound design. Your work should elevate the raw content from a current 67 level to a clean, crisp 9+.
What You'll Do
1.Edit High-Quality Instagram Reels
- Transform provided scripts into 4590 second reels.
- Maintain fast-paced, visually engaging flow suitable for finance content.
- Deliver edits in 1080x1920 vertical format.
2.Use AI Tools
- Work with our pre-built AI avatar.
- Record your voice with expressive delivery (to feed into Avatar for voice modulation)
- Integrate AI talking-head output smoothly into the final reel.
3.Add B-Roll & Visual Enhancements
- Insert relevant stock videos, charts, UI elements, overlays, etc.
- Use clean transitions, zooms, motion graphics, and on-screen visual cues.
4.Design Captions & On-Screen Text
- Add clean, readable auto-synced captions.
- Highlight key phrases and maintain visual consistency.
5.Add Sound Design
- Use copyright-safe background music.
- Add subtle sound effects (transitions, pops, highlights).
- Balance all audio elements professionally.
Who We're Looking For
- 15 years of video editing experience.
- Freshers welcome if they have a strong reel-style portfolio.
- Strong grip on reel editing, pacing, B-roll selection, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with HeyGen or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro/Final Cut/After Effects other video editor
- Ability to follow scripts precisely and maintain narrative clarity.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
