What You'll Own
- End-to-end video storytelling — from ideation → shoot → edit → final output
- Turn everyday hostel moments into scroll-stopping, share-worthy content
- Lead video content across formats: Reels, YouTube, ads, brand films, social campaigns.
- Bring out the soul of each city/property through visual storytelling (not just aesthetics, but culture, people, stories) through available / shot footage
- Manage shoot calendars, budgets, and vendor coordination across multiple cities
- Work closely with brand, social, and performance teams to create content that drives both engagement & conversions
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality video shoots (in-house + on-ground)
- Shoot content across environments — hostels, cities, people, experiences
- Edit content with a strong sense of pace, music, and platform relevance
- Create Gen Z-first content that feels real, not staged
- Direct talent (creators, guests, team) to bring out authentic moments
- Build and maintain a consistent video language for the brand
- Experiment constantly — trends, formats, storytelling styles
- AI isn't optional — you should actively use AI tools to speed up workflows, enhance creativity, and push content quality beyond traditional limits.
What You Need
- Extensive experience in videography + editing (agency, brand, or creator background)
- Strong command over camera work, lighting, framing, and audio
- Advanced editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects)
- Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content behavior
- Ability to think like a creator + brand strategist
- Someone who doesn't just shoot content but sees stories everywhere
