We're hiring a short-form video creator whose main job is to use AI tools + UGC + our existing product videos to create high-performing remixed content for social media. It's about taking what already exists, enhancing it with AI, remixing it creatively, and producing conversion-focused videos at scale.
What You'll Do
- Combine UGC clips, existing product videos, and AI-generated visuals
- Remix content into 530 second short-form videos
- Use AI to:
- Generate motion from still images
- Create additional B-roll or scene transitions
- Improve backgrounds, lighting, or framing
- Rapidly produce multiple variations of the same concept
- Edit with strong hooks in the first 12 seconds
- Add captions, on-screen text, music, and transitions
- Repurpose the same core video across:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- Facebook
- Pinterest
- Focus on product details: texture, craftsmanship, leather quality
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating short-form social media videos
- Strong understanding of remix culture and trend adaptation
- Comfortable blending AI-generated content with real footage
- Knows how to make content feel authentic, not AI-looking
- Able to produce multiple videos per day consistently
- Organized, fast, and detail-oriented
