Job Description

Job Overview

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee to gain hands-on experience across content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and brand building. The role will involve supporting day-to-day social media activities, coordinating with the creative and marketing teams, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to various brand-building initiatives.

Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Work Mode: On-site

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Duration: 3 months paid training period, with a possibility of extension/full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Planning: Assist in ideating and planning content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Support in creating and editing posts, reels, stories, and captions aligned with brand voice.
  • Scheduling & Posting: Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Community Management: Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; respond promptly and professionally.
  • Performance Tracking: Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics; prepare basic performance reports.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on platform trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in executing social media campaigns for clients/brands, coordinating with design and content teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Lead and design team to ensure consistent, on-brand output across all platforms.

Required Skills & Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Mass Communication/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3-6 months of prior experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends.
  • Basic knowledge of content scheduling/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Good written communication skills and an eye for creative, engaging content.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
