About The Role

creative and camera friendly Social Media Marketer who thrives on social trends, storytelling, and digital engagement. While the role includes core responsibilities like planning, scheduling, and managing social media content, a
major focus will be on creating and shooting engaging short-form videos (featuring yourself) for platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and reach.
- Ideate, film, and edit short and long form video content regularly, featuring yourself on-camera.
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and video scripts that align with brand voice.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, audio, formats, and challenges.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular insights.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on content calendars and campaign planning.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
Requirements
- Comfortable and confident being on camera - this is essential, as you will regularly create video content featuring yourself.
- Skilled in video creation and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InShot.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media captions, hooks, and scripts.
- Solid understanding of audience engagement and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
