Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the social media team.
- Coordinate tasks among content creators, designers, and video editors.
- Develop and implement action plans for client projects.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
- Lead strategy development and ideation for managed accounts.
- Understand client requirements and create comprehensive content plans.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and generate innovative ideas.
- Prepare and review creative briefs and flowcharts.
- Supervise content creation across social media, websites, emails, and blogs.
- Conduct final quality checks on all deliverables.
- Review and approve event plans and shooting schedules.
- Ensure all visuals and videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management (Meta/LinkedIn/Instagram/TikTok)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is a must.
