Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in the creation of graphics and visual content for social media posts.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
