We are looking for acreative, data-driven Social Media Strategistto scale our fast-growing trading content brand. You'll lead the end-to-end growth strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram, turning complex market insights into viral, high-retention content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily operations on Instagram (Reels/Stories), YouTube (Long-form/Shorts), and Telegram (Community signals).
- Research competitors weekly to identify trending hooks, formats, and untapped content gaps.
- ImplementSocial SEOstrategies to boost visibility and ranking.
- Build funnels to move followers from IG/YouTube into Telegram for deeper engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of thehookvalueCTAframework for short-form video.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels.
- Analytical mindset with creative storytelling ability.
- Based in Pune or open to working with a Pune-based team.
